What we collect when you book a call, where it goes, and how to get it back. Updated 2026-10-07.
The policy
What we collect
When you book a call through this site we collect your name, your business name, a phone number, an email address, and anything you choose to type into the free-text line. That is all the form asks for. If you got here from a link one of us sent you, we also keep which link it was, so we know which conversation to pick up.
The site sets no cookies of its own. It uses the hosting provider's page analytics, which counts which pages were opened without a cookie and without identifying you; on the example app it records the page only, never the name of a shared demo. Hosting logs record the usual things a web server records, such as the address a request came from and the page it asked for.
Why we collect it
To make the call you booked, and to send you the one-page sheet afterwards. We do not use your details for anything else, we do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell them. The providers named below hold them for us and for nothing else.
Where it goes
The form saves your details to a table in the database behind this site, which runs on Supabase. When the alert is switched on, a copy is also emailed to the address at the bottom of this page through Resend. If the form cannot save, it offers you an email with your details already in it instead, and nothing is sent until you press send. Both providers may store data outside Australia.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as it takes to make the call and follow it up, and then for as long as we need to keep a record of the conversation. Ask and we will delete them.
The example app
The example at /example is an invented business. On your own device it keeps everything in your browser, as a log of what you did and a few settings in this browser's own storage, and sends nothing to us. The quote drafting in it works from the example's own price list on your device; nothing you type is sent to a model. When one of us shares a demo with you, the link names a shared workspace, and what is typed into it on any device, such as a name, a suburb, a phone number or email address, a message, an address for a go-ahead or a question about a quote, is kept in the database behind this site so both screens show the same thing.
Anyone with that link can see what is in that workspace, and so can we. It is not used for anything else. A shared workspace is deleted fourteen days after the last thing done in it, by a job that runs overnight. A reset from the demo's own menu takes what was typed out of view straight away; the rows themselves stay until that overnight deletion.
To have a shared demo removed sooner, send the link to the address at the bottom of this page and we will delete it.
The Week Audit at /audit, and the sheet we fill in with you on a call, keep their draft in your browser only. Nothing typed into either is sent anywhere until you choose to email it.
When a business we have built for runs its own copy of the app, that workspace is theirs, not a demo: it is not deleted, it needs the business's key to open, and a customer's link shows that customer their own quote or invoice and nothing else. What customers type into it is held for that business, under this policy, and returned to the business and deleted from here if they leave.
