About Offsider

Offsider is a Melbourne business operated by Noel Varghese, ABN 11 272 074 830. We find the repetitive admin eating a small business's week and build the one thing that takes the worst of it off them. Anything about any of it goes to the address at the bottom of this page, and a person reads it.

Fees and payment

There is no checkout here, no subscription, no price list and no card details taken. Filling in the booking form or the Week Audit signs you up to nothing and commits you to nothing.

The fifteen minutes on the phone is free, and nothing is sold in it. If there is something worth building afterwards, we say what it is and roughly what it would take, in writing, and you decide. Paid work is quoted and agreed per business before it starts, never on this page and never automatically.

The Week Audit and the call

The Week Audit is a worksheet, not an assessment of you by anyone. It is not connected to the Australian Taxation Office or to any other body, nothing you type into it is sent anywhere, and the hours in it are your own estimates.

What we say on the call is about your admin and how it might be handled. It is not legal, accounting, tax or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for it. The same goes for this website and the example app: the rules a build checks, such as a deposit limit, a compliance certificate or a tax invoice line, are read from the public source named beside each one and checked on the date shown, and they are there to prompt you, not to replace the regulator, your accountant or your own licence conditions.

Work we build for you

Before it goes anywhere near your business we agree in writing what it does, what information it touches, what it connects to, and when a person takes over from it. You can ask us to switch it off at any time, and it comes off the same day. What we build for you is not resold to anyone else.

Previous Wired to Perform purchases

If you bought the Wired to Perform guide or subscription while they were sold, the refund promises made then still stand: read them here.

Your rights under Australian law

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something is faulty, not as described, or charged in error, we fix it. We would always rather sort out a genuine problem than keep a payment you are unhappy with.
