Build 04 of 07

  • Clinics and practices
  • Shops, cafes and venues

A booking link with times they picked

A link you send with the times you can do. The customer picks one, it comes back to your inbox, and you confirm it.

The admin it replaces

Three messages back and forth to land on a time, then the same three with the next customer.

The time that was agreed by text and never written down anywhere.

What we build

You set the times and send the link. The customer picks one, it comes back to your inbox, and you confirm it.

What it looks like on your phone

A booking link with ti…Tue 10:30: pickedWed 8:00: offeredThu 1:00: offeredIllustrative only

What changes on your week

  • You stop going back and forth to find a time.
  • You stop offering times you cannot do.
  • You stop losing the agreed time in a text thread.

What it does not do

  • A booking is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Nothing is written to your calendar and nothing is confirmed to your customer on your behalf.

Previous: 03 Who's gone quiet, with the follow-up drafted
