Seven systems, built one at a time
Every one of these replaces admin that repeats. You pick one from the sheet. We build it, you use it, then you pay.
The seven
- Enquiries in one list: what this looks like
01
Enquiries in one list
Every enquiry, from the form and from email, in one list, with the ones nobody has replied to at the top until someone does.
- You stop checking three places to find out what came in.
- You stop wondering whether anyone replied.
- You stop finding last week’s enquiry under this week’s.
- Quote finished on site: what this looks like
02
Quote finished on site
The quote written on site, from your own price list, and put in front of you to send before you have left the driveway.
- You stop retyping the quote at night.
- You stop hunting for the last quote to copy from.
- You stop sending quotes a week after the visit.
- Who's gone quiet, with the follow-up drafted: what this looks like
03
Who's gone quiet, with the follow-up drafted
A list of the quotes and enquiries that went quiet, each with a follow-up drafted in your words, waiting for you to press send.
- You stop keeping the list of who to chase in your head.
- You stop writing the same follow-up from scratch.
- You stop finding out a quote went quiet a month later.
- A booking link with times they picked: what this looks like
04
A booking link with times they picked
A link you send with the times you can do. The customer picks one, it comes back to your inbox, and you confirm it.
- You stop going back and forth to find a time.
- You stop offering times you cannot do.
- You stop losing the agreed time in a text thread.
- Invoice off the same job: what this looks like
05
Invoice off the same job
The invoice made from the quote that was already written, so the job is typed once, checked by you, and sent.
- You stop typing the same job twice.
- You stop invoicing weeks after the work.
- You stop finding the invoice and the quote disagree.
- FAQ answers written once: what this looks like
06
FAQ answers written once
One page of the questions you answer every week, written once in your words, and handed out so you are not typing the answer again.
- You stop answering the same question five times a week.
- You stop giving three different answers to it.
- You stop typing your opening hours into a reply.
- Yours.: what this looks like
07
Yours.
Tell us what eats your week. If it is repetitive, it is on the list.

How we pick
The sheet decides.
On the call we fill in a one-page sheet with you about where your hours go. You keep the sheet either way. It points at the one build that takes the most hours off you, and that is the one we build first. Not a suite. One thing.
We build first. You use it on your own business, and you pay only after that. Pricing is not published here because it depends on what we build, and you will have used it before you pay.
